I love napping to binaural beats alpha waves.

Usually in the mid afternoon, give or take.

When napping to such relaxing beats, just surrendering, I find it really cleans and clears the subconscious mind. Whatever thoughts may have been disturbing you, are free too bubble up to the surface and be seen. Once they are seen and cleared, they are replaced with more positive thoughts, about how you wish to act and be moving forward.

As Abraham Hicks once said, taking a nap will reset your vibration. It’s like you become a clean slate.

Especially if you follow up from the sleepy activity with a highly stimulating ice bath, or simply cold shower.

Rest and renew. Release.

Then stimulate, get ready to win big. At least for the next session of life.
