It’s funny when you transcend gender roles of masculine and feminine.


Today my exercise routine was literally: - Warm up qigong dance then high legged sprints. - Super sets of squats (with kettle bell and dumbbells), then straight into push ups, then straight into pull ups, rinse and repeat. - Warm down with yoga. - Chakra meditation. - Mantra meditation, with spiralling arm movements in half lotus as I sing praise to the divine.

When you get into some trance states (such as mantra), you really leave behind being masculine or feminine, the energies are integrated and unified, and you are just a very dynamic flow of energy.

Get the job done and do it with the heart. Lol.
