State Vs Story Part 2: Both Have Their Place
State VS Story
One is not necessarily better than the other. It’s good to master BOTH state and story.
Understand how EACH one operates: in general and in your own life. Then make each one operate well.
For state: know that emotion is energy in motion. Increase/improve your energy in motion, and your state will be better, from which everything else is better. Stagnation is toxic, movement is life. Move your body
physically, stay healthy and clean, and take action in life.
For story: Know that an event is not good or bad, it’s just your automatic thought processes, your filter of interpretation, which judges an event as good or bad then create the emotion. But the filter of interpretation is not necessarily accurate. Change your your story/interpretation about an event, and you can change your emotion about an event.
